A strategist who brings
clarity to complexity
10+ years translating business challenges into creative solutions for brands like Google, YouTube, lululemon, and Levi's.
Let's connectStrategy is storytelling with a purpose.
I'm a marketing strategist with a decade of agency experience, now leading brand strategy at Barry's. My work spans integrated campaigns, brand positioning, and the art of making complex problems feel solvable.
Before Barry's, I spent years at agencies including Alma DDB, Creative Theory, and Wunderman Thompson — managing campaigns for Google, Pfizer, Molson Coors, and more. I've earned recognition at Cannes Lions, Clio Health, and the MM+M Awards.
I also teach yoga, speak three languages (English, French, Spanish), and publish a newsletter that applies creative brief methodology to problems beyond advertising.

Finding Flow: Creativity in Movement
I'm a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As an instructor, I'm passionate about making yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels and leveraging the practice as a vehicle to build diverse communities.
My introduction to yoga began with a 20-minute nap in savasana at age 12, but my journey truly took off after completing my 200-hour training at CorePower Yoga in 2014. Since then, I've taught at various studios and had the privilege of partnering with leading brands like Alo Yoga, lululemon, and Equinox.
Let's work together. I'm available for special group classes, events, and workshops.
Let's chat →Teaching Style
I teach a power vinyasa style class with sequencing that is accessible to all levels, yet challenging enough to push any athlete out of their comfort zone. In my classes, expect to uncover something new about your practice while enjoying a vibrant mix of soothing yet energizing rhythms from genres like afro beats, Latin, R&B, and other international sounds.
Current Schedule
Teaching Experience
Looking to expand their physical footprint and in-store experience, Alo began piloting yoga studios and opened their first sanctuary/store location in Washington, DC where I was selected to be on the inaugural team of instructors.
- Lead weekly power vinyasa classes with a regular attendance of 12–30 practitioners across all levels
- Curate studio experiences that are relaxing, welcoming, and designed for guests to be present by making tailored playlists, designing sequences, and bringing the ethos of the brand to life
This is where my journey as an instructor began. Upon completing my 200-hour training, I gradually worked my way from teaching beginners' classes to teaching three proprietary class formats at primetime slots on the schedule.
- C1: Beginner's class to guide new practitioners through the fundamentals of vinyasa
- C2: Intermediate–advanced format with custom sequences to support the growth of active and experienced practitioners
- Sculpt: Yoga-based fitness class that incorporates weights and HIIT elements
Yoga, Music & Community
The adage goes "You learn more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation." As an instructor, former competitive swimmer, and active participant in group fitness, I've witnessed how shared experiences of movement can build communities. Noticing the power of music to make people from diverse communities feel welcome in yoga spaces that felt intimidating, I wanted to find a way to more intentionally fuse music and yoga together.
Tan the Mat
Community Initiative
Born of a desire to get more people from Black and Brown communities interested in yoga and to expose experienced yoga practitioners to diverse cultures through music. Teamed up with friends to plan events, with our flagship program being a yoga class led to a live DJ. Planned over 6 sold-out events with over 30 yogis each.
Vibras + Vinyasa
Community Initiative
Partnered with two friends looking for ways to connect to and share their cultural backgrounds through music and movement. Our signature event was co-leading a yoga sculpt class while a friend DJ'd live. The music selection—Latin, Caribbean, Afro Beats, and Arabic music—was a representation of our diverse backgrounds.
Sunday Flow
April 2020 — April 2021
Shortly after my exit from CorePower, the COVID-19 pandemic led to a complete shutdown of gyms and fitness studios. With people looking for ways to stay active, I began leading weekly yoga classes on Zoom for free on Sunday mornings, building a community of over 100 people who took my virtual class live or on-demand.
